Bluejay Warranty Information

At Bluejay Consulting, we’re confident in the quality of our refurbished networking equipment. That’s why every product comes with a 365-day Return to Base (RTB) hardware warranty as standard.


🔧 What’s Covered – 365-Day RTB Warranty

Our standard warranty includes:

  • Hardware faults that occur under normal use
  • Free repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion)
  • Full support during the return process

🚫 What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • Unauthorised repairs or tampering
  • Software issues or system incompatibility
  • Consumables (e.g. cables, optics) unless otherwise Stated

if something goes wrong, just get in touch. We’ll assess the issue and guide you through the return.


📦 How Returns Work

  • Contact us to report the fault
  • Send the item back to us (safely packaged)
  • We’ll repair or replace the unit, or offer a refund if that’s not possible
  • Typical turnaround: 3–5 working days after we receive your item

⏫ Optional 3-Year Warranty Upgrade

Want longer protection? You can upgrade your RTB warranty to 3 years for 20% of the item’s cost.

  • Covers the same hardware faults as the standard warranty
  • Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
  • One-off payment, no subscription
  • Excludes items marked as Sale or Clearance

To request a warranty upgrade, just contact us with your order details and we’ll sort it out manually. Upgrades must be requested within 14 days of purchase.
